It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Miller of Kinsley, Kansas, born in Elkhart, Kansas, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Aubrey Stallard and Gladys Agnes Stallard (Prather); her children, Billie Casillas of Phoenix, Becky Moulden of Monument and Bart Baker of Dodge City; her grandchildren, Dillon Casillas, Erin Casillas, Brett Moulden, Ryan, Sarah Moulden, Serena Coffman, Shaley Baker, Lucy Casillas and Hadley Coffman; and her siblings, Dixie Barnes of Perryton, Bill Scott and Duke Stallard.
