He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel "Lee" and Opal Johnson (Sullivan); and his wife Carolyn "Jean" Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Leigh Ann Roderick (Clair), Monty Johnson and Mitzi Bailey (Dustin); his grandchildren, Jeremy Roderick (Marissa), Kristen Birket, Dakota Weippert, Blazi Weippert (Sam Nave) and RiLee Swink; his great grandchildren, Grant, Reagan Roderick, Caleb Birket, Skylyn and Elijah Swink; his sister Lana Priddy; his niece Crystal Walsh; and his nephew Dion Priddy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
