He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Matilda; his siblings, Harold, Marcella, Leo, Delbert, Grace, Rosallen and Norbert; and his grandson Damien.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Welshko of Johnstown, PA; his children, Ronald, Charles (Leisa), Raymond, Maureen, Karen Moyer (Lonny) and Douglas; his grandchildren, Chris, Dalton, Jackie, Rebecca, Sean, Christina, Deidre and Lydia; his great grandchildren, Coale, Emily, Tilly, Betsy, Teagan, Isla and Maddi; and his siblings, Beatrice, Virginia, Ralph (Myra) and Walter (Barbara).
He would donate blood for the first time (eventually tallying 141 pints in his lifetime).
