He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Hartley; his former wife Betty Hartley; and his pet Zappa Ron Hartley. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hartley; his siblings, Billy (Kathy), Jerry (Kay) and Janet Hartley; his stepchildren, Brandon Welch, Teea Wilson (Tony), Cody Mills, Colton Mills and Donice Koenigsman (Kurtis); and his former wife Mona Broomfield. He is also survived by 8 step grandchildren; many nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews.
