She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Otis and Bessie May Fell Riggs; her spouse Johnnie Doolittle; her daughters, Barbara Short (Roger), Wanda Kelsey and Debbie Klein (Randy); her son-in-law Sherman Kelsey; and her siblings, Clyde, Bob Riggs, Helen Johnson, Esther Kincheloe, Doris Ball and Harriet Thompson. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
