She was predeceased by: her son Zachary Webb. She is survived by: her husband Duane Rohlman; her children, Cody Webb (Lucy) and Tori Carmine (Tyler); her mother Bobbie Hendrix; her stepson Ryan Rohlman; and her brothers, Tony and Kevin Dykstra. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
