It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Elliott of Kingman, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lucinda and William "Ray" Elliott; his sons, Roger Lee Gibbs and Christopher Elliott; and his granddaughter Jillian.

He is survived by: his wife Miriam "Mary" Asmussen; his children, Michael Elliott (Kim) of South Hutchinson and Debbie Piland (Andrew) of Newton; his grandchildren, Matt Elliott (Brandy) of South Hutchinson, Christian Elliott (Jessie) of McPherson, David Kaufmann, Tulsa, Steven Kaufmann, Ethan Piland (Lynsi) of Newton, Gabe Piland of Newton and Christopher Gibbs of Florida; and his great grandchildren, Kaedynce and Kadeyn Elliott.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 120 N. Main, Hutchinson, Kansas 67501.
