She is survived by: her husband Harold Forcum; her brother Scott Walker (Sandy); her children, Destry Forcum (Aimee), Stacey Lyon (Dennis) of Hutchinson, Corey Forcum of Kingman and Josh Forcum (Cassandra) of Pretty Prairie; her grandchildren, Shelby, Gunner, Taylor, Eric, Gabriella, Braxton, Lillian and Taela; and her great grandchild Leland.
