She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Bud" Tackett and Bessie Wells Tackett; her son Earl; and her brothers, Earl "Hop", Doug and Bob.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Smith (Chad); her grandchildren, Katlyn, Taylor, Garrett and Harley; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Lila and Noah.
