It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Edward Simons (Kingman, Kansas), who passed away on August 15, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph G. Simons and Martha M. Zerger Simons; his siblings, Arthur, Paul, Floyd Simons and Helen Cole; and his stepson Wayne Cranford.
He is survived by: his spouse Avis Cole; his stepdaughter Carol Cranford Francis; and his sister-in-law Doris Simons. He is also survived by 4 nephews; 4 nieces; 4 step-grandchildren; and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
