It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Reida (Kingman, Kansas), born in Norwich, Kansas, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Lowery and Agnes Wallace Lowery; her husband Arnold Ray Reida; her daughter Sandra Brown (Bryan); her sister Joanne Ziegler; her sister-in-law Karen Lowery; her grandson Jason Reida (Tia); her great grandchild Emberly; her son Sam; and her brothers, Darwin and Leon Lowery.
Memorials may be made with Norwich United Methodist Church in care of the Livingston Funeral Home.
