He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George E. Burket Jr and Mary Elizabeth Wallace Burket. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Lindsey Burket Metzler (Rob) of Clearwater, FL and Christopher Burket of North Hollywood, CA; and his sisters, Carol Burket of Kingman and Christine Poole of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.
