He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Albers and Delores Hageman Albers; his wife Sharon Haggard Unger; his children, Gary (Angela), Christy Carpenter (Chad), Emily Albers (Jerry) and Sara Hildreth (Cory); his stepdaughter Cher Stillings (Brian); and his siblings, Alan, Steve, Ed, Diana Wegerer, Marilyn Vierthaler and Nancy Denny. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
