It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Rogene (Carter) Brown of Kingman, Kansas, born in Valley Center, Kansas, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Carter (Fanning) and Elzava Carter; her siblings, Bill, Jim, Larry, Beulah Rader, Betty Jo Kennedy, Flo Ann Davis and Mary Pruitt; and her great grandchild Haley Sue Arensdorf.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Brown; her children, Terry Nelson (Lynn), Linda Oller (Brad), Darla Rowley (Rhonda) and Keith Brown; her grandchildren, Angela, Alesha of Kara, TJ, Robyn, Josh and Jerome; and her siblings, Bonnie House, Karen Williams and Robert Carter. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
