He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallace and Opal Nunemaker Wallace; his siblings, Bill, Howard, Jack, John and Darlene Linn; and his brother-in-law James Linn.

He is survived by: his wife Glennice Barton; his children, Jeff, Mark and Tammy Dixon (Steve) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his sisters, Dolly Gaede (James) and Donna Younger (David); his sisters-in-law, Margie Wallace and Bette Wedgewood; and his grandchildren, Ally (Josh), Reece and Michael.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Livingston Funeral Home (1830 N Main St, Kingman, KS 67068). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Kingman First Baptist Church (200 E C Ave, Kingman, KS 67068).

Memorials may be made to the Kingman First Baptist Church or the Kingman County Humane Society.
