He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dick and Aurora Martinez Dick; his father-in-law Larry Kiley; his sisters-in-law, Teri Dick and Sheila Dick; and his nephew Jed Dick.

He is survived by: his children, Jared Dick (Mallory) and Alisa Mack (Jacob); his brothers, Mark (Rhonda), Eddie, Pat (Tammy) and Greg (Pam); and his grandchildren, Odessa, Gentry, Zoey, Mark and Hunter.

Memorials may be made with St. John Catholic Church or Kansas Cancer Center Oncology, both in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N. Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
