She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Kanngiesser and Leona Miller Kanngiesser; her husband Ernest J. "Jack" Blasi; her children, Robert, Rodney, Leroy, Norbert, Jean Fairchild, Margie Islas, Diana Newman, Janet Kaiser, Nancy Blasi and Sandra McTier; her siblings, Ed, Lawrence Kanngiesser, Helen Vierthaler, Ruth Mantooth, Mary Bayer and Carolyn Kimminau; her children, Suzette Kring and John Blasi; and her sister Joyce Vierthaler. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made with the St. John Catholic Church in care of the Livingston Funeral Home.
