She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Richardson and Virginia Richardson (Ayler); and her brother Steve Richardson. She is survived by: her husband John Dvorak of Marion; her children, Sherry Dvorak of Hesston, Derick Dvorak (Rachel) of Salina and Darrin Dvorak (Rachel) of Galva; her grandchildren, Daniel Dvorak (Annabel), Steven Fortner, Dakota Dvorak, Landon Dvorak, Jacqueline Dvorak, Eragon Dvorak, Derrick Dvorak (Erica), Zachary Dvorak and Jessica Dallas (Matt); her sisters, Janet Slay (Glen) of Watsonville and Rosanne Jordan (John) of Gunnison; and her sister-in-law Janet Richardson.
