She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Mattie Smith (Woodard); her husband Tony; her son Cecil; and her sisters, Betty Scammehorn and Mary Jane Fieser.
She is survived by: her former husband Anthony Goetz; her daughters, Anita Slocum, Lois Symmonds (Rod), Nancy Simmons (Jeff), Donna Roush (Kevin) and Linda Goetz; her sister Barbara Woodman; and her grandchildren, Dayton, Justin, Elijah, Charisse, Stuart, Peter, Nathan, Derek, Meghan, Jared, Jonathan and Camille. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 3 step great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made with the St. Patrick Grade School or the St. Peter Catholic Church in Willowdale, both in care of Livingston Funeral Home, 1830 N Main, Kingman, KS 67068.
