He is survived by: his brother Gilbert Green (Kathy) of Colony, Kansas; his nephews, Austin Green (Scout), Tony Benjamin and Andy Benjamin; his niece Felicia Benjamin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Breyanna Benjamin (Jake), Kelsie Benjamin, Tyson Benjamin, Jase Romines Benjamin, Lincoln Benjamin, Riley Benjamin and Beckham Green.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Kincaid Masonic Lodge or Gentiva Hospice and can be left in care of the funeral home.
