Lyon of Kensington, Kansas, born in Logan, Kansas, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Warniece and Irene Lyon (Crawmer); his brother Mike Lyon; and his stepson Danny James. He is survived by: his wife Elda Lyon of Smith Center; his son Matt Lyon (Shawna) of Hays; his stepsons, Sam James (Lana) of Blue Hill, NE and Tom James (Lisa) of Athol; and his siblings, Orlie Lyon of Logan, Randal Lyon of Speed, Lynn Lyon (Danette) of Phillipsburg and Connie Lyon of Eureka. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to American Legion Fred Marran Post #166 of Kensington and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
