He is survived by: his children, Roye Fulton, Jr. (Lisa Laughlin), Betty Garrison (Jack), Patty Patterson (Louis), Tammy McIntyre (Gary) and Jenny Fulton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
