She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank G. Kratofil and Anna H. Kratofil (Bosiljevac); her siblings, Frank Jr., Lawrence, Agnes Doolittle, Bernice, Anna Mae Perry, Katherine Novak and Bill (Harold); her husband William H. Clark Sr.; and her son-in-law James Melvin Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Theresa Melvin, Bill Jr. (Kristen) and Paul (Pamela); and her grandchildren, Jim Melvin Jr., Janet Morales, Julie Duryee, Joanna Tabtab, Rebecca Miller, Veronica Clark, Stephen Clark, Matthew Clark, Andrew Clark, Juniper James, Kollin Clark and David Clark. She is also survived by her 10 great grandchildren.
