She is survived by: her parents, Peter Bortko and Josephine Bortko (Sivicki); her children, Michael and Vicki Smith (Tom); her granddaughters, Valerie Beachy (Bobby) and Madeline Cook (Kevin); her sister-in-law Delores Bortko; and her granddaughter Babka.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Agnes Church.
