She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence "Nannie" Waugh and Ivan "Bobbie" Waugh; and her grandson Scott Billingsley. She is survived by: her son Michael Billingsley; and her children-in-law, Diane Billingsley of Colorado Springs, Kathleen Billingsley of Sacramento and Brent. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
