She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lee Carmack; her children, Krystle Sno Roberts, Misty Dawn Carmack, Lauren Juel, Ricky Lee Carmack Jr., Jon Charles Vincent Carmack and Ozzy Osbourne Carmack; her grandchildren, Tristain Anthony Navarro, Aidan Michael Lee Carmack, Timothy Daniel Roberts, Gabriel Andrew Roberts, Charlie Jane Carmack and Johnathan Ray Carmack; her parents, James Alvin Gaither and Belinda Jane Wages Ashley; and her siblings, William Wesley Wages, James Wesley Gaither, Timothy Leon Gaither and Brianna Lyn Gaither. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
