He was predeceased by: his parents, David V. Cicero and Wilma J. Cicero (Clawson). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Angela Cicero and Gina Hershberger (Brian); his sister Joy Cicero; and his grandchildren, Aidan and Aubrey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (1835 Minnesota Ave, Kansas City, KS 66102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
