He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Duane Johnston and Bonnie Johnston. He is survived by: his brother Noah Johnston; his grandparents, Bill Brungardt and Bev Brungardt; and his uncles, Shane Brungardt, Randy Johnston and Bret Johnston.
