He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lee Sr. and Carrie Alice Parker; his siblings, Dorothy Parker, Herbert Parker, Bernice Harris and Carrie Lee Long (Jerry Parker); and his stepson Jimmy Gaye Madden.

He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Brame of Kansas City, KS, Sandra Parker of Kansas City, KS and Leah Parker-Slowter (Keith); his stepdaughter Diane Williams of Fayetteville, NC; his sons, Larry Parker of Kansas City, KS, John Parker (Rovonia) of Kansas City, KS, Brian Parker of Kansas City, KS, Rance Parker of Kansas City, KS and Patrick Parker of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, W. Grace Walker of Kansas City, MO, Arnetta Starnes (Fred) of Aurora, CO, Laura Jetkins of Denver, CO, Eddie Parker, Jr. of Littleton and Valesta Clark (Adrian) of Denver, CO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
