He was predeceased by: his mother Teresa Vitali. He is survived by: his wife Candice; his children, Canon and Channing; his father Dan Bronson (Donna); his sisters, Danna Bronson and Brooke Basler; his mother-in-law Carol Howard; and his brother-in-law Dr. Lance Howard (Kari).
