It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Carl Trickey in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though James Carl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Carl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Trickey and Francis Trickey. He is survived by: his son Chris (Alyssa) of Liberty; and his siblings, Susie (Bill) of St. Louis and Tyler (Pam Sweeney) of Boulder City. He is also survived by daughters and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215).
