In the sacred silence of farewell, Gary Russell is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon K Stallings and Elizabeth June Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Shauna Stallings, Shannon Wiseman (Jason), Melissa Stallings Bryant and Shane Stallings; and his sister Sandra S. Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to local animal shelters or veterinary programs to honor his lifelong commitment to the care of animals.
