It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris F Hurla (Kansas City, Kansas), who passed away on February 9, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Francis and Dorothy June Hurla (Cunningham); his daughters, Tracy Doherty (Jamison Hendler), Carrie Dean (Jay), Olathe and Christen Spencer (Devin) of Fort Worth, TX.; his grandchildren, Bailey, Brady, Hayes Dean, Draven and Donovan Spencer; and his siblings, Dennis Hurla, Doris Hurla, Joan Widener (John), Larry Hurla and Mary Spangler. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cancer Research Center at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN and Bishop Ward High School Scholarship Fund, Kansas City, KS.
