He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his niece Tate; his wife Stacy Roberts; his parents, Charles Roberts (Larry) and Kathleen Roberts (Kathy); his in-laws, Daniel (Dan) and Connie Seitter; his siblings, Susan (Sue) and David (Dave); his brothers-in-law, Kenny Seitter, Doug Seitter and Brian; his children, Alexander (Alex), Corwin (Cory), Matthew Roberts (Matt), Nicholas Roberts (Nick), Catherine (Katie) and Amelia Roberts (Amy); his nieces, Tatum (Tate), Hatfield, Callie Roberts and Anna Roberts; his nephew Austin Bressman; his grandchildren, Harper Grom, Jack Boeken, Hazel Boeken and Farrah Nelson-Roberts; and his great-niece Briar Hatfield.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shawnee Presbyterian Church (6837 Nieman Rd, Shawnee, KS 66203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the Shawnee Mission Northwest Robotics Club https://account.venmo.com.

“Chuck's presence in my life was a gift. Even though I'd heard his jokes a million times and learned not to say anything around him that would lead into one of his standard joke lines of, "Mystery, mystery, God I love a good mystery. Did you ever see Chinatown...." they were still funny. He did a great Yoda imitation as well. Working with him was a joy for over 30 years. God bless you my friend, we will all miss you.”
