He is survived by: his children, Charles Paul Stapleton, Arlene Michelle Hayman, Carla Sue Rollwagen, Kimberly Jean Hamilton, Mark Garrin Stapleton and Elena Maria Martineau; his nephew Robert Thomas Seymour; and his niece Deborah Lynn Seymour.
