He is survived by: his parents, Charles Henry Mitchell Jr. and Pamela Jean Mitchell; his sisters, Cocese Mitchell of Chicago, Illinois, Tiffany Bolden of Kansa City, Kansas, Valerie Mitchell of Shawnee and Crystal Mitchell of Raytown, Missouri; his brother-in-law Darwin Bagley; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Mitchell, Jordan Mitchell, Christian Mitchell, Camrin Mitchell, Chania Mitchell and Cailani Mitchell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
