She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Sharp and Beatrice Sharp (Maxwell); her daughter Cheryl Farrell Hiller; and her siblings, Donald Sharp, Inez Slaven and James Sharp.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald A. Farrell; her husband Harold Thompson; her sons, Greg Farrell, Brad Farrell, Kevin Farrell and Lance Farrell (Zoila); her stepchildren, Cheryl George (Willy) and Buddy Thompson; and her sister June Fleming. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. And many other extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home (701 N 94 St, Kansas City, KS 66112). A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the same location.
