Washington (Kansas City, Kansas), born in Memphis, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Washington and Cleotha Talley; his sister Sarah Ann Washington; his stepbrother Chris Talley; his aunts and uncles, Louis Jones, Frank McClough, Rev. Claude L. Webb, Sr., Dorothy Washington-Jones, Vera L. Taylor and Precious Australia Webb; and his cousins, Jerome Taylor, Marketta McClough-Carson and Franchette M. McClough.
He is survived by: his brother Deonte Talley; his stepsister Sherri Dunlap (Michael); his niece Tamika McDaniel (Byron); his uncle Jerry Talley; his aunts, Mildred Hancock (Chester), Glennie Glass, Jo Terrell (Hamilton), Reccie Cooper and Christine M. McClough; and his cousins, Carol Black (Anthony), Jo Ann Jackson (James) and Nelson Webb, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Metropolitan Baptist Church (853 Washington Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
