She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bernice and Harold Jellison; her uncles, Allan Jellison and Mike Slagle; her aunt Judy Linzenmeyer; her grandparents, Lee and Richard Jachowicz; her aunts, Mary Bloch and Kathy Bryant; and her uncle Mark Stamm.
She is survived by: her husband Matthew Clayton; her parents, Patti Jachowicz and Phil Jachowicz; her brother Jeff Jachowicz; her sister-in-law Lynette; her nieces and nephews, Chloe and Maddox Jachowicz; her parents-in-law, Chris Riscoe and Mark Clayton; her siblings-in-law, Angie Clayton (Justin) and Barry Clayton; and her pets, Bentley and Maddie. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in Lexie's honor to either her namesake memorial fund with LLS, or to The Cancer Care fund at The University of Kansas Health System.
