She was predeceased by: her father Henry Mundy. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Mundy; her husband Levi Middleton; her stepsons, Anthony Middleton and Matthew Middleton; her sister Pamela Ann Mundy; her nieces, Chinwe Osduji (Kester) and Ijeoma Chijoke (Chima); and her nephew Uzodimma Eke.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses - Basehor (15295 Chestnut St, Basehor, KS 66007). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Highland Park (3801 State Ave, Kansas City, KS 66102).
