He was predeceased by: his parents, Amador Peña and Francesca Peña (Aguirre). He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Peña of Alabama and Juan Peña, Jr. (Lily) of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Dora Kicklighter, Robert Peña, Angelita Molina (Domingo Peña) and Linda Molina (Tirzo Peña). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
