She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas M. Pickett, Sr. and Beatrice J. Pickett (Turner); and her sister Stephanie Andreason. She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Maddox; her husband Ken Maddox of Kanopolis, Kansas; her daughter Misty Rose (Daniel) of Rock, Kansas; her siblings, Ola Nulik (Steve) of Burden, Kansas and Tom Pickett (Linda) of Kanopolis, Kansas; and her brother-in-law Bob Andreason of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
