He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Kelley and Dorothy Kelley (Davidson); his wife Betty June Kelley; his children, Susan Renae Kelley and Doug Kelley; and his brothers, Robert, Donald and James Kelley.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian Kelley of Norcatur, Mark Kelley of Dodge City, Brad Kelley (Susan) of Perris and Troy Kelley (Diana) of Shawnee, Kansas; his daughter-in-law Jana Kelley of Cypress, Texas; his grandchildren, Claire Elson (Aaron) of Cypress, Bailey Heinrich (Aaron) of Perris, Courtney Kelley of Perris, California, Zachary Lyman of Perris and Lance Kelley of Shawnee, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Lilly and Evelyn; his siblings, Dick Kelley (Donna), Carolyn Plotts and Katherine Vanzandt; and his sister-in-law Linda Kelley.

Memorial contributions are suggested to be given to the Junction City Church of the Nazarene.
