He is survived by: his sons, David Dorminey of Independence and Richard Dorminey (Michelle) of Junction City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kiara, Darian, Ryan and Johnathan; his sisters, Jean Brogdon and Janice Gobin; and his half-brother E. E. Eunice.
