Mueller (Heather) of Junction City, Kansas and Nadine Malkmus (Telly) of Junction City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Niasha, Alize, Ricky, Katherine, Alyssa, Nicole and Dakota; his siblings, David Pringle (Sylvia), Gary Gustafson (Grace), Stacey Gualtieri (Michael) and Janel Couture (Christopher); and his stepsiblings, Robert Gustafson, Jr. (Beatrice), Debra Taylor and Robert Taylor, Jr. (Kathryn). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
