Steven L. Matthews Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven L. Matthews of Junction City, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William George and Faye Ione Matthews (Pearson); his siblings, Linda Jo Martin, William "Bill" Matthews and Carol Ann Schrader; his parents-in-law, Charles and Isabelle Fiffe; and his siblings-in-law, Charles White, Logan "Marty" Martin and Vickie Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Collette Matthews; his children, Dana Kuntz (Brian), Michelle Begnoche (Reid), Leslie Ericson (Josh), Nicole Lisette Matthews and Steven Michael Matthews; his grandchildren, Lily Begnoche, Anna Begnoche, Jonah Begnoche, Logan Kuntz, Olivia Begnoche, Alexander Begnoche, Noah Ericson, Charlie Kuntz, William Begnoche and Eli Ericson; his brother Kenneth W. Matthews; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Schrader, Laurie Crites (Cliff), Diane White, Jon Fiffe (Sandi) and Marie Larsen (Greg). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
