She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Caviness and Ester Caviness; her daughter Rebecca Reed; and her stepdaughter Tamara Lynn Monden. She is survived by: her husband Donald Evans; her daughter Rhonda Ivie of Stover, Missouri; and her stepson Kent Evans of Columbus.
