He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kamphaus and Mary Ellen Kamphaus; and his brother Donald Kamphaus. He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his daughters, Jessica Ruble (Jeff Ruble), Erica Kamphaus and Vanessa Kamphaus.
