He was predeceased by: his parents, Duke Cleveland and Nadine Cleveland (Franklin) of Milford, Kansas.; and his in-laws, Don and Mabel Lichtenhan. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lichtenhan; his children, Jennifer Ann of Birmingham, AL, Amanda Beth of Harker Heights, TX and Kevin M. Cleveland (Julie) of Junction City, KS; his sister Terri Helms (John) of Wakefield, KS; his grandchildren, Madisyn, Mason, Chance, Ava, Lily Grace, Isabella, Penelope, Junior, Chris and Joel; and his nieces and nephews, Suzi, Tyler, Tessa, Evan, Ava, Zak, Josh and Helen Rose.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association, and to St. Xavier Catholic Church.
