We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2024, at the age of 50, Melissa Anne Allmon of Junction City, Kansas, born in Cherokee, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Melissa Anne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Melissa Anne farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kenneth, Mary Hanson of Cherokee, IA, Kendall and Lulu Grauer of Marcus, IA.. She is survived by: her parents, Joel Grauer and Sharon Grauer (Hanson) of Marcus, IA; her husband Teddy Allmon of Junction City, KS; her children, Michael of Ogden, KS, Nicholas of Junction City, KS, Clayton of Junction City, KC and Kylie of Ogden, KS.; and her sisters, Rosella Jackson (Ed) of Audubon, IA and Lyndsey Greuniesen of Carl Junction, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1498 520th St, Cherokee, IA 51012).
